Only organized groups can reach the cave. Getting there involves rock climbing and a descend. Reaching the cave can be considered a rather extreme experience.
Haramiyska is actually made of two caves, separated by an abyss.

Archaeologists found human remains inside the cave. Some of the findings were taken to Smolyan’s history museum.
