A water landmark was constructed in the central part of Pleven back in 1982 and covers an area of 10 decares.
The attraction consists of three unique water cascades, water mirrors and a fountain. Each cascade has an area exceeding 1500 sq m and over 10 waterfalls, 47 lights and 122 projectors. Water mirrors have 36 projectors, while the fountain is lit by 322 projectors.
Combining light and water produces unique visuals. The landmark is especially beautiful at night. The cascades function from April to October.
