Bulgaria's government suggested changes to marine space laws, according to which the manner in which attractions are offered in resorts and harbors will change. The regulations will also affect tourism, water sports and entertainment.
A new register will list all individuals and companies that offer such services, BGNES news agency reported.
Owners will be responsible for the safety of devices used and fines for violations will vary between 1000 and 3000 leva.
The draft regulation envisions the introduction of waste processing taxes, connected to the stay of vessels in harbors.
