The construction of a new golf complex is to begin in the town of Pravets, money.bg reported. Investors presented the project. The company responsible for the project has been involved in golf course construction since 1929.
A classic golf course meeting all international standards will be set up. Its length is to be 6510 m. The club will also have a members' meeting hall, a training ground, a golf store and a parking lot.
The club's spa center will have an area of 3000 sq m and will offer various relaxation procedures. The hotel will have all equipment needed for conferences and seminars.
Investors said that the project is unique because of the proximity of a hunting station. The complex will thus offer opportunities for golf, spa and hunting tourism. It is to be completed in 2010.
