A new residential complex will appear in the region of Alexandrovo village, Darik Radio reported. The project is worth 500 million euro and envisions the construction of 6000 villas, houses and apartments. The complex will have an amphitheater, a trade and business center and a hospital.
Straldzha's mayor presented the project, which will carry the name Diva Roza Country Estate. Other facilities to appear alongside include two golf courses and sports bases. More than 20 000 people from various countries are expected to acquire property there.
The project will be launched in June 2009. Nearly 2000 people will be employed in construction works. Construction will be finalized in 10 years.
