A humor and comedy summit is to take place in the town of Gabrovo under the slogan Give your neighbor a smile.
Gabrovo's house of humor organized the event. The summit is part of the European Year of Intercultural Dialog and has received European Commission funding. Culture Ministry was responsible for the organization, together with nine Bulgarian institutions.
The summit of European comedians will be part of the Gabrovo event. During roundtable talks, they will exchange ideas on interculture dialog and the way it affects understanding between nations. They will also discuss differences in the sense of humor based on nationality.
