By 2013, Bulgaria will have 1333 wine cellars that will offer tourism opportunities, participants of a Stara Zagora economic forum said.
According to plans, small wineries need to have a hotel and place for wine tasting for at least 50 people. This initiative targets mainly small businesses and owners of private wineries and grape growing facilities.
The program envisions the utilization of one billion leva worth of European funding. Wine producers will need aid to prepare projects and apply for funding.
