The resort of Golden Sands will be the only one to have problems with the purification of waste water, Environment and Water Affairs Minister Dzhevdet Chakurov said.
A project for the creation of a purifying station has been discussed but not yet tabled in the ministry, lev.bg reported. Another hindrance is the lack of a suitable terrain for the construction works.
Sozopol and Primorsko are two of the resorts that work actively on the creation of purifying systems but have not finished the projects completely.
Chakurov said that the construction of Black Sea region purifying stations will cost nearly 220 million euro.
The region currently has 22 functioning stations.
