Singing monument appears in the Rhodope region
A singing 5-m high monument is to appear on the road from Plovdiv to Smolyan, Darik Radio reported.

The statue symbolizing hospitality in the Rhodope region will be positioned on the road branch to Choudnite Mostove.

Bronze will be used to create the figures of a bagpipe player and a woman from a Rhodope village. The two figures will be standing in front of an open door. The music of folk song Bela Sum Bela, Uynache will sound five times per day.

The needed funds total 160 000 leva and all will be provided through donations.
