State Agency for Tourism (SAT) is working on a new marketing strategy for Bulgaria's tourism opportunities, SAT deputy chair Stanislav Nikolov said.
The new concept will focus on the separate products, money.bg reported. It will present opportunities available in the various parts of the country.
During a forum, participants said that tourism development depends on the cooperation between business, municipalities and non-governmental organizations. An example presented was the projects that the Vratsa trade and commerce committee carried out. Vratsa deputy mayor Toni Mileva said that cooperation could be achieved through the creation of a joint company having the status of a tour operator.
